13 We pulled off the side of the road at a deserted location and took out our beach blankets
14 We were the only ones on the beach as far as we could see. Unfortunately an hour or so in the blazing sun yielded no whale sightings. When we got back to the car we discovered it had sunk into the sand and we had to flag down some locals to help us get unstuck.
