The 2024 solar eclipse reached a maximum of 91.4% here in Essex, CT. Luckily we had perfectly clear skies for most of it until high clouds started moving in during the last 15 minutes before we hit maximum at 3:28pm. I was still able to get some decent photos through the light cloud cover though, but no chance of seeing Venus or any of the other planets as the sky darkened. Definitely cool! 🌞
