The first step in any car I have purchased is to install and hardwire my Valentine1 radar detector.

4 In previous vehicles, I used Valentine's hard-wire module which is a bit bulky to fit into tight spaces. This time, I tried MirrorTap which is very slim and taps directly into the mirror's molex connector. Also, the cable is the perfect length and gives the install a much more professional appearance.
