The second course was called "Truffle Tree". In reality, it was the most intense garlic/truffle flavored breadstick imagineable. The "buds" were little colored dabs of some type aioli. The pot of cacao nibs came with two "trees", but I ate the first one so quickly I forgot to take the picture!
