"Bocadillo" is literally a type of Spanish sandwich. In this case, the "bread" was carrot meringue (yes, carrot!) in the shape of a carrot. I honestly don't remember what was inside- yet some more molecular wizardry, but I do remember it being awesomely good. Even Max liked it and she doesn't eat carrots.
