My understanding wife promised me a new BMW roadster for my big 5-0 birthday at the beginning of 2007. However, missing out on an entire summer of top-down fun did not seem reasonable (at least to me!) and in the Spring of 2006 I was starting to get some serious interest for my Z3. By mid-April, 2006 a deal to sell my Z3 privately was starting to come together and it was getting time to take a more serious look at the just-introduced Z4 M Roadster.

On Oct 21, 2006 my wife and I met up with Ed Dzubak and his white Z4 3.0 for a brisk top-down cruise through the hills of northwest CT

Summer 2015 and the ///M Roadster is 10 years old with 77K on the clock. It still never fails to gve me ear-to-ear grins.
