1 The Butt-Strut and associate parts
2 Butt-Strutt installation was fairly straightforward. The first step was chocking the front wheels, jacking the rear of the car up, putting the side jack points on stands, and removing the rear tires.
3 The passenger side rear subframe mounting bolt where the Butt-Strutt will be attached
4 The Butt-Strut was very heavy and I could have used an extra pair of hands to support it in place while I bolted each side into place. Lacking that, a liquor carton was my stand-in, holding the strut somewhat in position while I managed to fasten it.
5 The passenger side of the strut mounted in place.
6 And the driver side of the strut likewise mounted.
7 All done, the only thing left is to remount the rear tires, lower the car, and take it out for a spin.
